The Lafayette office can be a little tricky the first time and hopefully, these directions will help.

150 Old Laramie Trail is the southwestern most building in the complex. You will see signs for South Pointe Healthcare and Back to Action PT on the building. Park anywhere in the lot.

Please come in and up the elevator or stairs when you arrive. At the top of the stairs turn right and come through the glass door to Suite 210.

The bathroom is to the right (code 5181). Couch, tea, and water are to the left. Please help yourself and we will meet you at the couch!
